What are the payment options?

We accept the following forms of payment:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.


You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.


We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

What is your shipping policy?

Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days using USPS First Class Mail Service.  All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal and major holidays).  Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days).  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.  



All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.  Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.  Overnight Service and 2nd Day Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO, PO Box destinations, U.S. Territories and some locations in Alaska. and Hawaii.

SHIPPING TO THIRD PARTY

We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement and both addresses are located in the United States.  Note, however, that Beauty For Real reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.


SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

At this time we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order. 



Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for theft at the address you provide us. If you would like a guarantee and insure your package, please order Express Mail or Signature Confirmation at checkout. Once your package is delivered our responsibility for that package ends. We will be happy to replace damaged items but we cannot take responsibility for packages stolen at your address. Most theft of mail occurs at a business address or apartment addresses, so please keep this in mind when you provide a mailing address. Please ask for “Signature Confirmation” if you are in an apartment or giving us a business address or suite number. Packages are sometimes stolen at residential addresses as well. If you are not sure your package will be safe after delivery you need to ask for Signature Confirmation at checkout. Look for a slip in your mailbox or on your door if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be asked to pick up your package at the postal office.

If you have given your package the proper time period to arrive and it has not, please contact Camera Ready Cosmetics with the following information.

  1. Date of your order

  2. Invoice number on your order

  3. Name on your order

  4. Shipping address of your order


Packages returned for a bad address:

If the postal service returns your package to us because you gave an incorrect address, your order will be placed back into inventory, you will receive a store credit minus shipping charges. You will be notified by email and will need to place you order again with the correct address.


Packages returned to us because it was not picked up by the customer:

If your package is sent “signature confirmation” or duty fees are required at pick up (outside the USA) and you fail to pick the package up it will be returned to us within 2 weeks. We will put the items back into inventory; we will credit your store account minus shipping charges. We are sorry we cannot offer you a refund; you will be given a store credit that you may use at anytime to repurchase your items. Filing a chargeback in these cases will result in a $25.00 USD chargeback fee that will be deducted from your store credit, if there is not enough money in your store account to cover the fees your account will be frozen until all fees are paid.   

Packages returned to us because the post office made an error:

Once in a while, the post office will return a package to us as “undeliverable” through no fault of your own. If this is the case we will make sure you get your package without extra shipping fees, we will refund express or priority charges if you paid for your package to go Express or Priority.

Due to the nature of products that are being shipped all orders require a signature upon delivery.


STANDARD SHIPPING

• Most orders shipped via Standard USPS First Class Mail Shipping are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.

• Most Standard orders are delivered within 4-6 business days from the order's ship date (please add 4-6 extra days for deliveries to Canada).  Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 5-12 business days of the order's ship date.


SECOND DAY SERVICE

• Second Day orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

• Second Day orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.

• We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Second Day Service.

What are your private policies?

The security of your personal data is very important to us. We do not share any card or personal information. We use encrypted files that safely stores all customer information. We only use trusted money processing sources to process your payments.

The payment processors that we use are:

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Credit/ Debit card

We as the merchant cannot view your credit/debit card information. Paypal only lets us see necessary information that we will need to process, ship your order, and keep in touch with the customer.

While we strive heavily to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security because no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
